Privacy Policy
NEO is an internal employee application operated by Cartel PR (45/B3 Gulberg III, Lahore 54660, Punjab, Pakistan) for staff at Cartel PR, Sharks Agency, Gray, and JBnJaws. This policy explains what NEO collects, why it is collected, and how it is handled.
1. Who this covers
NEO is available only to invited employees. If you are not invited, you cannot create an account or use the app.
2. Google sign-in
NEO uses Google sign-in as the only authentication method. When you sign in, Google shares basic account information needed to identify you (such as your name, email address, and profile picture). NEO does not receive or store your Google password.
3. Attendance and location
When you check in or check out, NEO may capture your device location at that moment so your employer can verify where attendance was recorded. Location is used only for attendance records. NEO does not track your location in the background outside check-in and check-out.
4. Google Calendar
If you use the Calendar section, NEO requests Google Calendar access
with the scopes calendar.events and
calendar.readonly. That access is used only to:
- show your existing calendar events in NEO, and
- create, edit, or delete events you choose to manage in NEO, including inviting teammates as guests.
NEO does not use your calendar data for advertising, sale, or any purpose unrelated to showing and managing your events.
5. Tasks, profile, and progress
NEO stores the work data you create in the app—such as tasks, profile details, attendance entries, and related progress—so the product can function for you and your team.
6. Where data is stored
Application data is stored in Supabase (cloud database and related services) under Cartel PR’s NEO project. Access is limited to the people and systems needed to run NEO.
7. Sharing and selling
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing. Data may be processed by service providers that host or power NEO (for example Google for sign-in and Calendar, and Supabase for storage), only as needed to provide the service.
8. Retention
Attendance, task, and related records are kept for as long as they are needed for internal operations and legitimate business records, or until an authorized admin removes them.
9. Your choices
You can sign out of NEO at any time. You can revoke NEO’s Google access from your Google Account permissions. For corrections to attendance or profile data, contact your admin or email the address below.
